We are searching for an out-of-the-box thinker and master communicator that will be able to contribute to the growth of our client through direct-to-consumer customer service strategies. We work closely in a collaborative environment that embraces challenges, hard work, and lives to go above and beyond while we create forward-thinking customer service and business development strategies.

  Job Responsibilities:

  •     Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  •     Provide information about the products and services
  •     Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  •     Document and update customer records based on interactions
  •     Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

  Qualifications:

  •     Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  •     Ability to build rapport with clients
  •     Ability to prioritize and multitask
  •     Positive and professional demeanor
  •     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •     Undeniable work ethic with a track record of proven high performance
  •     Must be a proven relationship builder
  •     The kind of person who responds and follows through by responding to emails, calls, inquiries, and requests immediately.


Weekly day range:

  •     Monday to Friday
  •     Weekend availability
